RTS Co has the right to refuse services for any request upon our sole discretion. This company employs a no money back service policy as Banner4u.net performs workable hours, thus denoting services rendered. However Banner4u.net will do everything within reason to accommodate the customer’s wishes. Once the services have been purchased and transferred to the customer, the completed work becomes the property of the customer. The customer will be responsible for all transmition, placement, overall rights and legal issues that may result. RTS Co will not be held responsible for the aforementioned subjects. The customer will be asked to critique the design services within seventy-two hours of work completion and should any changes be necessary, such edits will be preformed within a reasonable time frame. A maximum of two edits is allowed. Any typographical error or change after the seventy-two hour limit will not be honored as an edit and the company will not be held responsible for corrections requested of said errors or edits. If for any reason the customer requests changes to a completed banner after the seventy-two hour limit, reasonable fees for such editing will be quoted. Banner packages are good for one year completion time, thus the customer may utilize up to one year from the purchase date, to have that number of banners purchased, designed. Should the customer order a discounted banner package, the Company will provide only the exact number of banners in that particular package. A request for additional banners will be charged at the "per banner" rate. However, at that time, the customer may choose to amend his order and purchase a more expensive discount package, which would include a specified increase in the number of banners produced. The ‘Free banner’ offer may be cancelled at any time without prior notification. All instructions, restrictions and general information are noted on the one time FREE banner offer page on the website. If the customer is under 18 years of age, he/she must obtain a parent or guardian's verified verbal permission to order services. Payment is required prior to any work preformed. The customer’s credit card statement will state: RTS Co/Banner4u.net and the fee charged Should the customer order services from Banner4u.net, the company will collect and store information which specifically identifies the particular customer or his/her account. Security is a major priority for Banner4u.net. The company effectively protects its merchants' credit card information in a number of specific ways. Most importantly, all requests and responses for credit card data are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology during transmission over the internet. Banner4u.net values the customer’s privacy and the company makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. The company will not disclose the customer’s personally identifiable information unless permission is given to the company by the customer or unless required by law. Banner4u.net cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as the following: property rights, fraud, theft, harassment and other rights. The company may disclose any information about the customer to law enforcement or other government officials as it deems necessary or appropriate, particularly in connection with an investigation of fraud, property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose RTS Co or the customer to legal liability.
